Cyclone Alfred Update

Selected Promenade retailers including The Sporting Globe are now open for trade, with Event Cinemas re-opening tomorrow, Sunday 9 March. The centre will open for standard trade tomorrow at 10am.

Our top priority remains your safety, and we have taken all necessary precautions to ensure a safe shopping environment. The top level Yellow Carpark remains closed until further notice, so please use an alternate part of the carpark.

Some of our retailers may decide to remain closed for the time being. Please contact individual retailers for up-to-date trading conditions. We are grateful for your patience and support during this time.

Woolworths (The Kitchens) will no longer trade today due to weather conditions. Coles will trade from 7am, however closing time is subject to weather conditions. This arrangement is subject to change.

Important Update | Cyclone Alfred | Supermarkets to open on March 7

As an essential service, Woolworths (The Kitchens) and Coles at Robina Town Centre will open for trade on Friday 7 March from 7am. This arrangement is subject to change, based on weather conditions and advice from local authorities.

Gold Coast City Council has issued a shelter in place order. 

In accordance with this direction, Robina Town Centre is closed until further notice. 

We are closely monitoring Cyclone Alfred and following advice from local government and emergency services.

Car Park Closure

In light of Cyclone Alfred’s impending arrival, we have made the decision to close all centre car parks in-line with our centre closure, until further notice. This precaution is taken with the utmost concern for the safety and security of our community and their belongings. Only when each car park has been assessed and deemed safe will we be able to reopen them.
