Customer Service
Our Customer Service Office is located on Ground Level, down the hallway next to Platypus Shoes. The Customer Service Office is currently open during Centre trading hours.
Customer Service Office can assist you with:

Lost property

Mobility Equipment
Complimentary mobility equipment including wheelchairs and motorised scooters can be loaned from Robina Town Centre from Customer Service. Book by calling (07) 5575 0481
Free WiFi
Free WiFi is available throughout Robina Town Centre.
To connect, ensure WiFi on your device is enabled and select the available network profile called “Robina WiFi”. Open your Internet browser and follow the prompts.

Gift Cards
Give the ultimate gift of choice with a Robina Town Centre Gift Card, redeemable at over 300 stores and restaurants.
Gift Cards are available for purchase at the Customer Service Office (No cash payments). Located on Ground Level, down the hallway next to Platypus Shoes.

Justice of the Peace
Our Justice of the Peace service has relocated next to Customer Service.
Find them located on Ground Floor. Volunteers are supported by the Justices of the Peace Branch, The Department of Justice and Attorney-General and Robina Town Centre. The role of the Justice of the Peace (JP) is to act as an independent and objective witness to documents people use for official or legal purposes.
The Robina JP Service is the only service on the Gold Coast who can assist customers with obtaining their Births, Deaths and Marriages certificates.
Customers can apply to the Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages (RBDM) for their required certificate online by clicking here.
Pay the required fee and print out the receipt - they then come into Robina JP Service, during business hours, to finalise their application by presenting the receipt and their 100 points of identification - usually driver licence, passport and Medicare card and the JP service will assist with processing the request,
This only takes a few minutes to complete and if they have provided their mobile phone number they will receive confirmation via text message within a few minutes.
