‘Muso’ means ‘the only one’. Chef Akira Takagi returned to his roots on a trip to Japan and then returned to Australia, bringing with him a passion for the very best ramen.
Akira constructs his ramen with home made noodles produced from a noodle machine imported from Japan, slow cooked chicken ‘Pai Tan’ stock, and Sous vide chicken cha-shu. With a menu as full and satisfying as the ramen bowls themselves, diners can choose from Chicken 'Pai-Tan original (starring Muso’s original chicken stock), Tonkotsu Pork Original, Tonkotsu Pork Spicy Miso, and more as well as fried or boiled gyoza and chicken NAGOYA wings.
Akira and his staff have been operating exclusively from their Mermaid Beach location and will be expanding for the first time with their Kitchens location. Now shoppers will have the option to taste the rich flavours and experience the deep passion for this ramen.
