Having worked in HR advisory roles across the private sector as well as local and state government, Marissa has spent many years on the frontline of recruitment assessing resumes, shortlisting candidates and sitting on interview panels. Marissa understands recruitment and selection processes inside out and uses this knowledge to help her clients reach interview and get the role.
Marissa has extensive experience in the preparation of professional resumes, cover letters and selection criteria, as well as expert skills in interview and careers coaching. Knowing what recruiters look for, Marissa aims to help her clients to achieve success by working with them to understand their needs, providing support and assisting them to reach their career goals.

Natalie is a qualified Career Practitioner and HR Professional, with a passion for supporting others to thrive in the world of work. Nat supports her private practice clients with a range of career services and workshops to help them find and secure meaningful pathways. This includes services such as Career Consulting, Job Search & Interview Coaching. Nat also supports organisations by helping their employees’ transition back to work after parental leave, through her specialised Parental Leave Transition Program.
