THISBOWL (formerly FISHBOWL) is on a mission to change the culture of fast food by empowering people to feel good about what they eat every day. We’re out to change the idea that fast, accessible and affordable food comes at the expense of taste, nutrition, or authenticity. The result? THISBOWL. The sum of everything we love and believe in, combining our passion for food, design, music, art, movement, and community.

THISBOWL caters to each and every appetite, from salmon sashimi, organic chicken, beef brisket, cooked miso salmon, mushroom, miso pumpkin, eggplant, tofu - they cover it all! You can build your bowl from scratch, or choose on of their signature dishes.
